ONIERA is a dynamic six-piece indie jangle rock group hailing from Engadine/Dharawal and Hurstville/Dharug in Sydney. With members Cooper Humphries, Nerissa Cavaliere, Damon Cavaliere, Thomas Van Der Sanden, Joshua Simpson, and Ky Farquhar, ONIERA combines jangly pop sounds with R&B and post-punk influences to create a nostalgic yet contemporary indie rock sound. ONIERA's journey is marked by remarkable moments of grassroots support and rapid growth. Their very first house show, attended by 150 enthusiastic fans who showed up uninvited, exemplifies the organic buzz surrounding the band. Having recently debuted their EP "We'll Tell Ya More" in December 2023 and their first single earlier in August, ONIERA is poised to continue their musical journey with plans for a second EP in 2024, alongside the release of their first single in August.
